Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our tea and matcha products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue. If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error. We may be unable to process requests submitted after the 48-hour window or without sufficient evidence, and we reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet these conditions.
